Shooting Benny in LA’s Frogtown had that raw, sun-soaked energy we chase: we skated and hit BMX lines from the graffiti-lined alleys to the concrete bowls under the bridges, capturing tricks between golden hour runs. Fuel came from our favorite Japanese spots, from steaming bowls of ramen to low-key izakayas and minimalist sushi bars that felt like home after sessions. Nights were for late bites and hopping between dive bars and rooftop spots, swapping clips and planning the next edit while the city kept moving around us.
