Junior Graphic Designer

DESCRIPTION
FACETHINGS is looking for a junior graphic designer to support the brand across digital, print, packaging, social and internal documents.

You will work across product launches, image layouts, campaign assets, e-commerce updates, presentations and everyday brand materials. The role suits someone with strong taste, good layout instincts and an interest in beauty, fashion, music, subculture and visual systems.

You should be comfortable working with existing brand guidelines, preparing files carefully, and making things look sharp without over-decorating them.

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is essential. Experience with Figma, Shopify or motion is useful but not required.

E-Commerce Assistant

DESCRIPTION
FACETHINGS is looking for an e-commerce assistant to help maintain the online store and support day-to-day digital trading.

You will help upload products, check product pages, update imagery, review copy, test site journeys, support order-related content and make sure the website remains clear, accurate and easy to use.

This role is for someone organised, detail-focused and comfortable working across product information, customer experience and digital admin. You do not need to be a developer, but you should be confident using online platforms and spotting mistakes before they become visible to customers.

Experience with Shopify is useful. Experience in beauty, fashion or luxury e-commerce is a bonus.

Product Development Coordinator

DESCRIPTION
FACETHINGS is looking for a product development coordinator to support new product launches from idea through to production.

You will help manage product information, supplier communication, sample tracking, packaging details, timelines, ingredient documents and launch requirements. The role sits between creative, production, operations and external partners.

You should be highly organised, calm with moving parts, and able to keep information clear when several products are being developed at once.

Experience in beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, packaging or product development is preferred. A strong eye for detail is essential.
