Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes. All FACETHINGS products are vegan and cruelty-free.
Are your products dermatologist-tested?
Yes. we are Dermatologically tested and patch tested for skin irritation.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or shade, please return your original item unused, unopened and in its original packaging, and place a new order. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
