RETURNS

We accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery.

All returns must meet the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and unopened
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Item must be in a resellable condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, contact Customer Care with:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for return

We will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Clear images of the issue

We will review and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Late or Missing Returns

If you have returned an item and have not received confirmation, contact us with proof of postage.

We are not responsible for returns lost without tracking.

Additional Notes

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

All decisions regarding returns and refunds are made at our discretion.

We ship internationally. Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout.

Will I need to pay customs or import duties?

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed immediately.

Once placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to assist.

Response Times

We aim to respond within 1–2 working days.

During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, response times may be longer.

9:00 – 17:00 (GMT)

We do not operate on weekends or public holidays.

Additional Notes

We reserve the right to refuse service where communication is abusive or unreasonable.
